We'll begin our event with the partaking of the beautiful mama cacao. Cacao is a sacred and timeless medicine that gently and compassionately helps us explore our hearts and raise our vibration for more connection and oneness with all.  The invitation is to release what no longer serves you to keep in the heart.

One of the beautiful benefits of cacao is the vasodilation of the arteries, pumping our bodies full of blood and essence. So we'll get up and move, warm up to drumming and learn some Polynesian dance moves and then just organically play and dance closing out this Leo season.

By the time you leave you'll be feeling lighter in your body and heart!
