Join us for a collective journey into the intimacy of our hearts with the assistance of the Nectar of the Gods known as Cacao and the gentle practices of Yoga and Meditation.
 

Cacao Ceremony
Noemi will be leading the group in a cacao ceremony which offers us just the right amount of cacao to share what's on our hearts, to connect us to one another in our heart space and to see ourselves with grace and compassion.

When in the heart space, it is easier to shed what no longer serves us, allows us to love and embrace ourselves through the change: a form of radical self love.

Yoga & Meditation
Tiffany will be guiding us through a “Self-Love” heart-opening asana practice that will help open the heart space and connect us deeper to our inner space.  

The practice will move us through postures while allowing our breath to guide us. Practice will finish with pranayama (breath work) and a heart centered meditation.
