New Patient Health History Consultation

Service Description

This appointment is necessary for new patients to establish themselves as New Clients with our practice. The appointment is done virtually. Once you create the appointment we will send you paperwork to fill out prior to your appointment. This appointment will allow us to go through your medical history thoroughly (physical, mental, emotional) and together create a plan of action of how many sessions you may need. Either way, we will attempt to correct both the symptoms you are experiencing and get to the root of the disease to eradicate or manage the health concern (s).
